STEPHEN receives letter from Minister for the middle east
Stephen has received a reply from the Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa, James Cleverly, to a recent letter challenges facing human rights defenders (HRDs) and organisations operating in Israel and the OPTs.
The Minister told Stephen: “The UK is firmly committed to the promotion and protection of human rights and compliance with international law in Israel and the OPTs. We will continue to monitor these issues closely and raise them with the relevant authorities where effective.”
