Labour's Shadow Employment Minister, Stephen Timms, has today criticised senior government ministers after a report published by the Public Accounts Committee discovered a number of problems with the implementation of Universal Credit.

Writing for the Huffington Post, Stephen said: "Iain Duncan Smith and David Cameron must now come clean, accept that this project is in serious trouble, and take their fair share of responsibility for what has happened...[they] have been well aware of these problems for many months. It's time they acted to sort them out."
