The Labour Party has released its latest edition of Churches Update. Please click here to view it online. Speaking after its publication, Labour's Faith Envoy, Stephen Timms MP, said: "I am delighted that we have published the twenty-second edition of Churches Update.
"The number of people in Britain who identify with religious faith – who see faith as the starting point for thinking about the world and their judgments about right and wrong, indeed as the key to their whole identity – remains very large.
"We want to reach out to them, and help them get involved in the world of politics. After all, faith inspires the values we need to make politics work: responsibility, solidarity, patience, compassion, truthfulness and tolerance.
"I hope people enjoy reading the latest edition of Churches Update."
